I've read various opinions about this product, so didn't know how it would work. But I found that a level teaspoon taken mid-morning brings a calmness that lasts the whole day and also seems to help with insomnia. I began taking it to help with the recovery of my arm which was hurt during a fall while hiking, when nothing else was helping with the pain. I bought EZOrb powder in the hope that it would alleviate my osteoarthritis symptoms which were acutely painful and causing me to walk with a limp due to the pain.
