replaced a dead cpu fan
I needed to remove some material from the sides of this fan housing to get it to fit into the heat sink since I was replacing a cpu cooling fan but it was no big deal my customer now has a pc that is not so loud and keeps shutting down due to the cpu fan stalling and he didn't have to buy a whole new heat sink assembly for 4 times the cost.
