This miniature hardware item was the perfect device to provide tension to wing struts on my 54" wingspan balsa/plywood J-3 Cub project. They are well made and appear durable for my application. I did have to drill larger holes on both ends of the turnbuckles, but that is part of RC aircraft construction. I can't think of any criticism for this product.Read full review...

Great looking on my 1/4 scale Citabria.

Used a pair of these turnbuckles to tighten the 1/16" tail strut cable on my Bud Nosen 1/4 scale Citabria. I needed to drill the hole in one end larger to accommodate the 1/16" cable and there was enough materiel to do so.
