The heel cups do provide nice support but they can move around, so the trick is to do whatever it takes to keep them in place. That's my experience. Otherwise, I would give it a better review. The coupon
inside the packaging expired 12/31/02, so this product would likely be around 20 years old though it is in new condition. Read full review...

I've been using these heel cups for more years than I care to count. I have a wide front foot (5E) and narrow heel. The heel cups with their high sides reduce side to side motion in addition to providing cushioning. I came to this site because they are no longer available locally (Southern WV).
