Fun and entertaining legal mystery!

If you haven't read Lisa Scottoline before and you like fun, upbeat legal mysteries, then Lisa is the author for you.

In this story Vicki, whom we see in several other Scottoline novels, is an assistant US Attorney that goes off on her own to solve the murder of her partner. Nosey and curious, vicky finds herself in several scraps that nearly cost her life, but she finds humerous ways to deal with each problem that make the reader chuckle.

I would recommend this book to book clubs, there is some cursing in the book, but not overly foul or offensive. I usually put a book down if the cursing is just to dirty or repeatitive, and Scottoline books, so far, have not been like that at all. Good read.Read full review...

I haven't read this one yet as been out of town and at the present I am reading another Lisa Scottoline book. She is a wonderful author and keeps you in suspense!
