Pros: Enterprise grade switch, solid frame, redundant power supplies, 8 SFP ports, web interface can be setup on out-of-band Ethernet port.

Cons: When setting up from console I needed a crossover ("null modem") serial cable and had to guess at the baud rate which was set to 9600 instead of the default 115200. Fans are a bit loud.

FYI: To erase an existing config from console:
1. Power cycle unit
2. Select '2' from startup menu (Erase Flash File)
3. Type 'Y' to confirm.
4. Set the new flash file name to "config"
