Great card for old printers
It is a great product for older computers hooked to old parallel port printers. I don't know about newer computers because that is not what I purposed this for. Used on old Dell running Windows XP and an old vinal printer with specific software that this product saved. So two thumbs up.Read full review

Not a parallel port.
this is not a parallel port. It is a serial port with the older serial db-25 plug on it. Linux commands "lspci -v" show this port as a serial port not a parallel port.
