Not the cheapest product on the market but likely the best. The XR series brushless tool and Max batteries will cost more but consumes the least amount of power so work time between charges is maximized.Read full review...

Great Drill/Driver Combo!

DeWalt tools are always good. Nice lightweight Impact Driver with LED work lights that also functions well as drill with quick-change bits.
The HammerDrill makes this a great combo as it serves for traditional drill bit use or for drilling situations where more traditional drill speed control is needed. And, of course, when you need a very portable Hammerdrill for cement drilling. Very nice tools

A few years ago I supplied my shop with several Dewalt woodworking tools along with new Porter-Cable Lithium cordless power tools. I thought the Porter-Cable were nice tools until I had the chance to operate a new Dewalt 20v brushless DC Drive impact driver. I was so impressed with its performance during that week I have since replaced all of my construction tools with the Dewalt 20v brushless series. They are great tools but cost a pretty penny to get into them. The XRP tools are a tremendous enhancement over my old 18v brushed Porter-Cable ones. Although the Porter-Cable ones have held up for 7 years and still going the new Dewalt tools have much more power and are more comfortable to use for long periods of time. No I am not associated with Dewalt in any way other than giving them my money to buy new tools. And yes the made/assembled in America on the XRP series means a lot to me as an American worker.Read full review...

DeWalt ingenuity with useful functions

The me impact offers 3 speed settings to vary tho you're specific needs without having to be an expert with the trigger. Lights are brighter and can be set on different modes to be used as a flashlight well a it's normal light on the subject while using. Impact more compact, with improved chuck release. Hammer drillb essentially the same tool with high end chuck, motor has improved for speed and beats whilst hammering. Where's the screw tip holders? None included? Battery charger claims 10 minutes quicker than my previous unit claimed charging times. This door/seller did a quick job of processing & shipping..... Awesome tools - should have bought years ago!!!

Size, weight, balance and power are awesome. Should have bought these years ago. 4.0a or bigger batteries are a must.
