We have had this for about 2 weeks now, using it on weekends only. We love the way it grinds, but at least every other grind it will not start.

After every other grind it will not start. We empty it completely, clean it completely, and sometimes it starts after that. It is soooo frustrating that we end up using our old "simple" grinder. I checked that it's not easy to clean because it is such a hassle after every grind. Is there an answer to this?
We have had the grinder only about 2 weeks and use it on the weekend only.

hello....i just started using grinding machines and this with 18 settings I think is overkill...I really don't notice that big of a difference when you change settings....and then when you take the bucket out to scoop out the coffee it makes a huge mess when you take the top off......I don't like that at all...it's very loud too which I do not like....

This unit is easy to use..."early in the morning" and the grind settings are very accurate with a wide range to choose from. I can get the right grind from Perk to French Press. I don't like the color

I had a Bodum burr coffee grinder ,a pretty blue color I loved everything about it HOWEVER, it broke after 18 months There was nowhere to fix it so I had no choice but to get another burr grinder I bought the Cuisinart ,ugly looking in comparison but ittle do

Good grinder for the price

This coffee grinder works exactly as described. The coffee is ground uniformly, and the dials for grind and amount of coffee work perfectly. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because there is no way to open the container for the ground coffee without getting coffee all over the counter. I grind it pretty finely, so it could be that at a coarser grind it wouldn't make such a mess. I especially like the one-button operation for grinding the exact amount of coffee needed.
