Solid features, easy to use and clean

The controls are straightforward and easy to use. The drip tray + drip rack makes it easy to cook generally-messy foods (like pizza, pastas, anything with cheese really) without worrying about ruining the heating elements.

Toaster Oven

This Cuisinart product seems a bit of a lightweight. I would have expected a product that felt sturdier suggesting better quality. The product is adequate, but could be improved. I find the buttons to be too small and difficult to read. The system of turning the selector knob for each use would be more convenient if allowed to remain on the previous setting, to be changed only when needed. I find its use to be efficient less time consuming than my previous product. It cleans easily. I find it somewhat disconcerting to see steam escaping from the top of the unit at the end of the toasting cycle, but it apparantly has no ill effect.

It took a little while to get the hang of it,but now I enjoy it as it's easy to use and very quiet, no more clicking. At the same time, I noticed that the toaster function doesn't toast bread evenly....there is always an area at the edge that is not toasted as well as the rest. I tried moving it several times to center it and change the direction of the bread, but it always comes out uneven.. Great all around convection toaster oven! Perfect small size for counter top. Light & easy to move.

Small size. But, large enough to bake with good circulation around 8" square glass pans. I purchased a baking stone that I use all the time in the oven. I place my baking pans directly on the stone. This makes for even baking-no need to rotate pan during baking. I broils nicely. And, I have crisper pan I use for homemade steak fries, etc. The convection fan is very quiet & but,doesn't produce the air circulation of the air fryer models. So, don' expect it to crisp your food the same way as an air fryer. However, this is a great little oven for most needs. Love mine!Read full review...
