Great book for college
Good book for communication skills book it is very easy to read and easily understandable book. I only bought this because i had to for my college class but this book is very helpful quickly to the point a lot of examples i have not read any other communications book but being this is my first communications book it was really good.Read full review...
Fast shipping, book in great condition

Book is very cool!
If you wish to enhance your understanding in the communication field you should read this book. It is reasonably easy to read and quite enjoyable.
International version ...
Book was ok, didn't realize it was International and then realized it was the wrong edition. So it's probably a good book, just not at all what I needed.
