Herbs when you need them

This is the second Herbsicle now in our freezer. I'd tried freezing herbs before in plastic bags but they lost their flavor and turned brown. The Herbsicle retains flavor and color and is easy to use. We were tired of having to buy large bunches (or very expensive small packs) of herbs like cilantro that we needed for one recipe. The Herbsicle lets you use as much as you want then return the rest to the freezer. My only complaint would be that it should be slightly larger; an extra inch would permit storage of more herbs.Read full review...
