No instructions but easy to hook up. Upon power up a voice says "Connect Bluetooth." Search for Jie Rui BT-5908 adapter on your phone's bluetooth settings to connect. I used it to play songs from my iPhone to an old stereo receiver which only had RCA inputs. It worked perfectly and the sound was crystal clear. BTW, it will function on any voltage from 5V to 12V. I used and old electric shaver transformer (7.5V) to power the device. Read full review

It works!

I have a Porsche Cayenne with no Bluetooth. I ordered an isimple fm transmitter but it only had a 3.5mm jack for my phone. I ordered this RCA adapter thinking it might work and it totally did. Easy to connect to RCA amplifiers. The problem with it is it starts up and shares and plays on other bluetooth frequences. It will not stay off in the menu.
