Splended little ultrawide
Ask anyone - Darren Miles on YouTube, Ken Rockwell, et al., and what they say about the 10-18 is mighty true. It's wonderful at this price. I've owned lots of ultrawides including the Canon 16-35 F/4 L IS, and to have this quality at such a reasonable price is a joy. As KR says, it's plastic, but it's good plastic. You wouldn't take it to war, but hey, with intelligent care it will serve you gloriously for a long while.Read full review...

Great lens for the price
It's a little sensitive when focusing manually and I had trouble focusing to infinity, but it's really solid other than that. Clear, sharp photos and a crazy wide angle with minimal lens distortion. The distortion is easily fixed in post. I just let Lightroom do it automatically. I took it to shoot photos of the Milky way and it didn't disappoint (wouldn't recommend without a star tracker, though).
All in all a great lens.Read full review...

Overall An Excellent Addition to a System
with this lens you can easily use it for taking excellent interior photo's inside buildings or great
landscape photo's outside. there is some shadows when using the camera flash in darker
area's, but still acceptable. Overall a great addition to a lens system to use for those special
occasions when you need the extra width in your photograph.Read full review...

A lens worth the money
I've only used this lens a few times however its sharp and fills the gap for a camera that's not a full frame. For my camera, the Canon 70D, this lens

Great product and value
I wanted a lens wider than the kit 18-55 that came with my camera. I was also torn between the Tokina 11-16 f2.8 and the Canon 10-22. But the fantastic reviews and price point of the Canon 10-18, made it a no brainer. Very sharp and creates stunning photos. Recommended.Read full review...

Canon EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM Lens
This is a great lens, but not likely to be your most used lens. It is a specialty need lens. I had a Canon FD 20MM SSC in my film days and wanted to replace it. This lens does it very well. There is little to no fisheye distortion I was expecting at 10MM. This is a 60 feet long locomotive. I was no more than 15 feet away and got the whole thing in the photo. Just want I needed this lens for.Read full review...

Works as advertised.
Good, sharp super-wide lens on my 40D. Some barrel distortion at 10mm, but mild. Feels well put together for a plastic lens- the zoom is smooth and the switches have a nice, positive action. Definitely light and relatively small- highly recommended!Read full review...
