Cant load to pc

Picture is incredible. But it's so hard to transfer files to the PC. I dont know why it sits there for hours and NEVER loads.

Great Camcorder with lots of features. Really simple to operate, high quality videos and pictures. A little small for my hands, yet it seems to be the perfect size for women and teenagers. Amazing technology

Solid-state recording on SD chip means no tape motor noise to disturb music recordings. Good microphone available for top-mounted "hot shoe". Also can plug in external mic. Tiny, light camera reduces fatigue of operator, comfortable to hold. Good part-mechanical, part-digital zoom. Control for manual focus is clumsy. Manual for included software could be better. This model is a good first camera to begin single-camera technique, or as a second (third) camera, chip-wise, to Canon's XA line in low budget multiple camera projects.

This camera is awesome. Using it for Facebook Live , in our church, coupled with Avermedia Live Gamer Extreme as our video capture device . The picture is crystal clear on our live video stream each Sunday . Using OBS studio as our video broadcaster which links up to Facebook. The camera has been a real blessing to use. This camera is great. The reason I bought it is because it has a mic and headphone jack. This is necessary for video interviews to get good audio. I have done inside interviews as well as wildlife filming with this camera and the videos are clear and lighting is great.
