This driver has problems

I own the Bosch entire line of 18 volt cordless hand tools. I have 3 other older drivers that are easy to use and have no problems like this new driver has. The new model wont lock nor unlock the bit easily. It's a PITA to change bits and sometimes I have to go get pliars to get my bit out of it. I'm putting an old one in my truck and leaving this home for emergency use only. Btw....some bits won't lock in at all. I told the seller this and they said maybe try a different type of lube in the mechanism to see if it'll help. Well I didn't use ANY in my old drivers and never had a problem.Read full review...

Worth every penny.

Bought this to replace the one that had finally wore out. I work for a drywall company doing metal framing. On one job, myself and my partner were driving 20,000 screws every week. I had dropped it many times, and pretty much abused the fire out of it for about five years. I'm looking forward to doing the same thing to this tool. I make my living using tools, and Bosch has been my tool of choice for 40+ years.
