Like a breath of fresh air...

I have sleep apnea so I keep one by the bed. If I wake up short of breath a couple of shorts from the boost really helps me to recover a lot quicker. Very convenient and easy to use.

don't hold your breath

can't say i got a noticeable up lift after doing the stairs for 15 minutes then doing 5 - 2 second hits of the Boost. Maybe a little. whatever ..it is too expensive to be an everyday thing for us older folks who have respiratory issues anyway. It just might be snake oil? No difference

For me, it was a waste of money, I don’t know what I was expecting, but I didn’t notice any difference when I used it. I live in the county and the air here is pretty good, maybe if I lived in a city with polluted air it would have made a difference. Read full review...
