Great Value Its not as strong as the 3,000 dollar one at the chiropractors office, but it works. It works just as well as the top rated ones at amazon that are listed at 249. You really don't need the rails...its only 10 minutes and if you have a stool or a wall...you might need it for a second but I think its better if you have all weight on your feet while the machine works. Skip the faulty Bluetooth version

The vibrating part works fine, but skip the Bluetooth model if you can. There seems to be no way to turn the voice off or the volume down. It almost shouts “ready to pair” or “Bluetooth paired” over and over, sometimes like an old vinyl LP that skips. The directions say nothing about the audio and no buttons are labeled to address it.
