IMPOSSIBLE TO ASSEMBLE

BE READY TO SPEND ABOUT ANOTHER $1000 PAYING A PROCESSIONAL TO ASSEMBLE IT. I TRIED TO FIGURE IT OUT MYSELF AND GAVE UP AFTER A WEEK. COMPANY CAME OUT AND GAVE UP AFTER 4 HOURS. HAD TO HOUR A SECOND COMPANY AND THEY ALMOST HAVE UP. BOTH COMPANIES CHARGED ME $100 AN HOUR. BOLTS, WASHERS, NUTS MISSINGRead full review...

Great piece of equipment for home gym use.

I looked for a cable cross over for quite a while, I first had the power line version that you put plates on but was not happy with the smoothness of the machine. The body solid is a good brand and I recommend it for home gyms. The height of this machine is what sold me because I have my gym in my basement and all of the other machines I looked at were taller. Good instructions and easy to assemble. I put it together by myself but would have been a lot easer with another person. Very smooth and works perfect. Read full review...

Best Cable Crossover For The Money

Lots of bolts and washers, had every one I needed down to the last nut. Most products like this I have ordered end up short or with extras, this was spot on. Assembly with one person is a challenge, but possible, two would have made it easier. Very smooth pulleys and movement. Lots of adjustability on pulley heights. Can support 200lb person doing pull-ups but has a little movement. I prefer doing pull-ups on my rack to not put stress on this machine. Be aware that the 100lb stack gets a 2:1 ratio, so max weight is 50lb per side. More then enough for flys, curls and press downs, but not enough for rows/lat pulldown. They sell an additional weight stack that I’ve considered adding to one side. The handles that come with it are good quality, better then some of the nylon handles at commercial gyms. The footprint is nice and wide between the handles, it fits in my basement, and doesn’t wobble around at all. Well worth the money. Read full review...

Solid piece of equipment!

This is not hard to put together and it's a solid piece of equipment. Look everyone asks "How hard is this to put together?" I always answer - For most people it is straight forward and easy to assemble - but some people have a very difficult time putting Anything together. So it all comes down to your own skills. Everyone usually knows if they are good or not so good at putting things together.Read full review...
