Cross-Brand compatible caution

Ordered two and one worked OK for 4 hours then started blinking in and out. The other one worked fine reconverting back direct from a similar unit, but also blinked in and out paired with a Decimator MD-HX.

These seem to work with same brand units and not with Kramer, Decimator, or Black Magic. Paired with these other brands they had sync or no signal issues. Paired with same type worked just fine.

Good thing I also got two of the other direction converters. For the price, I would recommend, but with caution to get in sets to pair between SDI runs.Read full review

SDI LEVEL A ONLY, doesn't work in SDI LEVEL B

This device didn't work until I changed my Blackmagic ATEM Television HD SDI output to LEVEL A. It defaults to SDI LEVEL B.
