Over all a good phone for the price
My old phone was so slow and hard to use and was looking for something that i can text quickly. Did want to buy a new phone because i just wanna have it until the i phone comes out. So i bought this for less than $200. Definitely worth the money since i can text easily and it was a good quality second hand device. From personal experience, I have been very happy with this BlackBerry
The BlackBerry Bold 9000 is a sophisticated looking handset. The setup of its software system is straightforward and has a step-to-step wizard guide which has been very helpful. The layout is simple and appealing in style.
The inbuilt storage is limited in terms of storing new apps and saving larger documents on the handset, but has a mini-SD card compartment to compensate for this.

this in one of the best in class of BB Bold and even this is old model I love to use since good features, battery life, big keypad etc.

I purchased this phone and it broke down nearly immediately. I was not able to send or receive pictures or access the Internet and the back broke off straight away. Very poor condition.
id rather not buy it again ita crap!!
its a crap phone doesnt work good it keeps frezzing and not charging screen goes white and stops working i wouldnt buy anything else id rather my money back!!!
This is a very beautiful phone - so many features the just ... work.
This phone is wonderful; it supports 3G and WiFi, and is very fast on both networks. The BlackBerry Market is full of wonderful apps - however nowhere near as many as the iOS or Android markets. Typing on this phone is the best I've ever experienced - this coming from an avid touchscreen user (HTC and iPhone). Messaging capabilities go well beyond SMS and MMS; all your email, facebook and other social services are integrated into one, all-encompassing application called 'Messages'. This is a wonderful feature that I find myself using on a very regular basis.
Battery life is phenomenal; with heavy use (100-150 messages, 25 mins. worth of calls, browsing the net for about 90 minutes and Facebook and email synced, with about 200-300 Facebook messages per day) I only charge once every 2-3 days.
The camera is disappointing though; no focus in any photos I've taken, and they all come out with a yellow hue.

A great phone if you prefer a qwerty keyboard and ease of use.
Not being a fan of touch-screen phones I'm loving the qwerty keyboard of this phone. The keys are well spaced and comfortable - even with arthritic fingers. The rolling trackball makes selection easy and is also forgiving of arthritic fingers. Initial battery life was disappointing but it is a refurbished phone so the purchase of a new battery appears to have remedied that particular shortfall. Great phone.Read full review...
