I haven't used this scent before but it is as effective on repelling mosquitoes as the original and the other (pink) formula. I really like this scent better plus this one came with a tube of lotion which is really nice as well. It's a great product especially in the summer

It's really nice but I got this for the summer because Mosquitos don't like it and it keeps bugs away from you but the smell and the quality is good and I would recommend it.
