Lightweight and Extremely Practical!

This is an excellent product of excellent quality! I had originally contacted the company after having experienced a slim green line appearing, on and off, on the right hand side of the screen. I quickly discovered that is was probably due to the cold temperature the package had undergone through the shipping process, as the line disappeared within 2 days. Besides that miniscule inconvenience, the iPad Air was nicely packed and protected when received, and it appeared in obvious Grade A quality! Not well-experiencing product

I got this one for about a month. The display has had a lot of dead pixels, which can not be fixed by software (and one of them is in the center of the screen), the touchscreen only works partially (which they stated "clean", which I think was not broken). The battery is degraded very soon, which I was not surprised because it was used one. Otherwise, the performance has been really good.
