All-Clad Copper Core

I have used all clad pans for a couple years now. This line is comparable with the D5 in my opinion. I would check that one out if you're considering as well. Hand wash is best option and they clean up great. You will need to have barkeepers friend polish on hand. Not needed every time but once a while to keep pans looking like new! Get used to cooking on lower temps as the pans are more efficient and transfer heat better.Read full review...

The souped up D5 with even heating across the pan

This is the most even heating and heat retaining SS pan I have encountered. Heavier than the regular D5 10 inch skillet. Copper core gives very even heat. I can not think of how it could be improved.
