Strimmer spool is poor value, my advice is dont buy this product

The spool worked fine in my strimmer but lasted for only 3/4 hour instead of the usual 6 hours usage. This is because there is much less line than the B&D product so is poor value for money

You get what you pay for

This is a cheap option but when I trim the lawn up to a wall, the line in the unit wears down very quickly and I have to adjust it constantly. It may be fine if the edge of your lawn isn't against concrete but I will be paying a bit extra next time for a unit with a more robust lineRead full review
