Good cans and at good price.

The steel used in the construction is little thinner than a couple Justrite round gas cans that I own, but at 1/4 the cost they are a great value and are WAY BETTER than the plastics cans available from box stores. They seal well when closed - no leakes - and pour well with the included spouts - they don't drip while pouring.Read full review...

Poor design with stress points on the seam.

It seems to be pretty well made with one exception. The metal seam runs around the can and under the bottom of the container. This makes it a bit unstable and rocks when it is full of gas because the seam is lower than the bottom of the can. Also it puts a lot of weight directly on the seam. Not a great design, by any means. On a positive point, the seal is very good so far.Read full review...

These cans are very thin and light

I bought two… for the color. However, they are super lightweight. The walls are thin. Also, the spouts are external and have to be stored separately. They don’t store inside like nicer cans. Still, they are decent cans. But next time I will buy higher quality ones.Read full review...

Poor construction; gasoline leak after 5 months; spout won't attach.

Worked great, until one day (today), I got a knock from our neighbor; their daughter found a fine stream of gasoline squirting out of this can. Upon inspection sure enough, gasoline was flying out of a lower corner seam. It wasn't hitting anything/anywhere, so I'm guessing that with increase in temperature and buildup of pressure inside, it generated a small gap in the seam. So, I decided to pour the gasoline in my vehicle so save what's left. That's when I found out that the pouring spout would not attach (the latch wouldn't come down) no matter what I did, including hitting the latch with a hammer (with a cloth interposed, so that a spark wouldn't cause me to combust). All in all, a very poorly constructed can.Read full review...

good deal

Pros - quality is good ,seals up no leaks
Cons - compared to real originals the welded seams are external vs originals have curled seams.
due this these cans do not fit in a original can holder as mounted on military vehicals.
other than that they work well.

great cans, no leaks or smell

the price for these cans is awesome they arrived in great shape, no dents or scrapes I used a small flashlight and checked the inside for any rust and there wasn't any rust inside.
i poured some gas in them and placed them on their side for two days, no leaks. i also placed them in my jeep in the back and then checked in the early evening to see if there was any gas smell and there wasn't any smell. I had purchased two of these cans and so far they have met/exceeded my expectations.
I do tent camping in the mountains and desert and these cans will work out great

New version of old Jerry cans

This is the old jerry cans but a bit different. It's perfect for transferring gas to your vehicle/engines no problem on the spout unlike the plastic ones that takes forever to pour.

Junk

This product is real junk. The pour spouts can not be used and the lids are verydiffcuit to close and you have to use plastic hammer to fully close them.

Good Jerry cans and spouts. Good deals.

These are 20 times better and pour so much faster than the fiddly red plastic ones. These are old school and the way back up gas is supposed to be stored and poured.
