With every light bulb I buy I always test them upon arrival. So, when I tested these bulbs, they all work, and are rather bright individually. If you wanted to make a low voltage lighting system using RP11 bulbs witha Double Contact Prefocus base, you'd have to make the socket for it or hard wire the bulbs into the system. It'd work either way. That being said, be the bulbs used for designated purpose or not I'd recommend them.Read full review...
