I'm sorry to say but it is no good, it looks like it must have been a reject at one time or another and got mixed up with good product.

This breaker plate fits a GM 6 cylinder not a Buick with a straight eight. Buick only had straight eights from 35 to 53 and it says right on the box that it is for a 6 cylinder GM product plus the point adjustment screw is installed incorrectly and even if it did fit you couldn't adjust the points . The plate is actually useless , plus there is a screw missing from the little paper bag which holds the one end of the points down. It wouldn't even work on a GM 6 cylinder which was what it was made for because the pivot is too tight and the screw is missing.Read full review...
