My old Sharp organizer went around the world, finally just gave out! Looked long and hard to replace unit and was lucky to find one on E Bay. My old one is full of data that can't be replaced!

Screen to small to read. Batteries were dead. Could not set up region. Apice of junk. I have a Sharp 600KB that has been great until it would not turn on after operational battery change.

YO-520 USB Cable and CD

I already own a YO-520 Organizer and love it , however what I was lacking and bought on Ebay was the USB Cable and accompanying program CD in the hopes of loading it on to my desktop, what ended up happening while trying to up load info from the organizer to the PC was essentially nothing meaning it seemed to never,ever,stop uploading and never completed the task at least for the 1 hour plus
I waited for it to finish. So while I would have to say the download never worked out the YO-520 itself is the very best Organizer I have ever used. it easy to use and understand because it is from a few years back so its not so high tech that you have to have a degree to utilize it and not so far out of date that it won't get the job done, now if I can just go back and try re downloading to my PC all will be fine, that is as much a review as I can give at this time quite honestly .Read full review...

Worst piece of junk ever made in China by a lousy company. Sharp blows!

This is the absolute worst product of it's kind ever made. I have a Sharp Organizer that I bought in 1985 which is bulky, not a lot of power, but still works. That was when Sharp made good products. I bought this YO-520 piece of junk and as you will see if you Google the problems with the YO-520 screens, they all go bad. The short warranty was up so I just bought a new one. Guess what, within a month the screen on the new one did exactly the same thing, it became unreadable. I sent it to Sharp under the warranty and they sent it back in two weeks claiming they replaced the screen. Guess what, it worked for a day and the screen went bad again. Only this time, they said they repaired it and wouldn't service it again. I called their Corporate office in New Jersey, and they were no help at all. I lost my entire investment in two YO-520's and never recovered it. When you Google this product you will find the most popular complaint is that the screens always go bad. Save your money, because you'll be out the money and Sharp will not fix it. The YO-520 is another piece of China junk. It was made in China before they even got as bad as they are today. Darn good little machine

They don't make them like this anymore. This is easy to use and has 1 MB memory. It was refurbished and works great. My old yo-520 lasted for many years and that is why I ordered this one. The screen developed some lines on hy first one, but it still functioned. Just hard to read. THANK URead full review...

Fantastic Organiser

I have been using these organisers for more than 20 years and have replaced each one, when they have been worn out. They have a simple csv file system, that enables one to search through all 1000 addresses, 5,000 schedule entries from 2000 to 2017 & 200 memos occupying less than 80% of the 1MB of total file & program space. I HAVE BEEN USING THE YO-520 AS A DAILY RECORD KEEPER FOR OVER 10 YEARS. I HAVE FOUND IT TO BE A VERY GOOD TOOL. IT IS COMPAC, AND FITS EASILY IN MY SHIRT POCKET. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE FOUND, IS THAT THE RUMMER KEY PAD ONLY LASTS FOR SO LONG, AND THEN ONE HAS TO TRANSFER ANY NEEDED MEMORY TO THE NEXT UNIT FOR USE. IN ONLY TRIED USING THE SYNC TO A COMPUTER ONT TIME. SINCE I USE MY OWN ENYRY SYSTEM I DIDN,T HAVE MUCH LUCK DOING THAT. SO I JUST CONTINUE DOING MY OWN THING WITH IT, BUT DO FEEL I WOULD REALLY MISS USING ONE IF I DIN'T HAVE A SPARE READY TO USE. A reliable old fashioned machine

I have used the Sharp Memo Master for decades. After several years rhe screen begins to go so this purchase was a-replacement. It is old fashioned technology but it works.

Great Pocket Organizer

Nice unit. Has it's issues. Keys wear out and display washes out. But that's all repairable.
