Great investment.

I was wanting one of these for years. I carved the Christmas turkey and it cut so smoothly. Very easy to use. I have arthritis and this really helped. This will be our second one in 4 years. First one died on Thanksgiving. My husband finds it easier to cut through our main holiday dishes with this. He deep fries Turkey on Thanksgiving and this makes it easier to carve and serve while still hot. Also larger meats like Prime Rib Roasts and Hams for other servings. The good thing is that the motor seems to have enough power to handle the job and last a long time. However, for my wife, it is difficult to push the switch button and keep it pushed during routine jobs.
