Solid machine, but needed work to be useful.
This listing seems to primarily contain reviews about a magnetic stirrer (?), but currently the listing is for an 18" electric 3-in-1 scorer (paper creaser). The good: looks nice, runs, and I was able in a few hours to be scoring a product sleeve (4 creases) in cardstock. A design issue that is not mentioned: the order of tooling can't be changed (without substantial disassembly)--that is, you can't have a cutter or perforator between creases. Creases are in the middle, and on the outside are feeders and/or cutter/perforator.
The actual realization left some to be desired. The biggest problem is that the tooling is clamped to a bar that goes above the bottom roller, and there are two critical faces that have to be flat and perpendicular for the tooling to be straight, but alas, all the tooling I received did not have flat surfaces (see photo), though it looked like someone tried a little to file these surfaces. I used a milling machine and 1/2" end mill to clean up the surfaces, which solved the issue. However, before that I was having a really hard time getting the tooling aligned and producing straight creases--the tooling didn't want to sit perpendicular, but would tilt side to side, and not track perpendicular to the paper.
As someone else mentioned, the switch that should activate when the cover is down is too far back, so you have to press the cover in.
If you are willing to clean up the tooling (patience and careful use of a metal file would probably work), you may end up with a rather inexpensive paper creasing machine. If you don't have that ability, I think this would be rather frustrating if the creases need to be at all accurate.
The design of the tools is nice--there's adjustment for depth, and two screws for locking it into position. The documentation is minimal.Read full review...

Works great, and easy to use. The only issue is the safety switch, when the cover is down, sometimes you have to push the cover tighter, other than that it works as intend ended.
