Wonderful surprise
I was unsure because of the very low price. Sometimes you do get a great quality liner for a low price. It glides on so smoothly. It is so easy to make a line. The only thing I can say that maybe an issue for some ..... you may need to reapply after several hours. I think that is common with all white eyeliners though regardless of the brand. Rubs on in little crumbs
This eye pencil does NOT work well for lining inner eye lid. It falls apart on contact. I suppose it you want to somehow use it as a highlighter shadow on outer lid you could blend it with a blending sponge, but as a liner? Not something I would recommend.Read full review...
