Just got the GP Metric reamer to replace an old reamer that had gotten corrosion on it. I have found that the reamer while it looks clear and shiny, really isn't any sharper or cut better than the one I replaced. I think the issue is that it is a step down type, and to accommodate the step down (up) feature you have to push as you are reaming the hole.

I have some old K & B reamers that you pull as you are reaming the hole , and they are much easier to use, although they are specific to one prop shaft diameter.

I do like the way it stores with the removable T handle and the plastic case. It should keep the cutting edges sharper for a long time since it is not banging around in a tool box.Read full review...

Great tool for making straight, clean prop holes.

This reamer makes re-sizing the prop hole a breeze. Very sharp and makes a clean hole. Wrapping a small rubber band around the handle and shaft holds the handle in place during manual use. Great tool.

I only did two props could be sharper but works

Glad this is out there, but did find the tee handle is not fixed to shaft and slid back and fourth I'll fix that I think but it comes off to store good in case. could be sharper it takes some time to ream hole but hole is true. giving it a 4 of 5.Read full review...
