Gels really well. Made "knox" blocks with vitamin c powder and Tazo Passion tea. Noticed a bit of a taste, so next time maybe I'll use juice instead of just tea, but 1 TBS to 1/2 cup liquid made fir Great firm texture! probably good just not for me

the product seems fine but directions say use warm liquid to use. I used warm water and some dissolved and some sunk to the bottom in clumps then stuck to the cup. The same for even boiling water.

Wonderful product!

This is the best gelatin or collagen powder that I have tried. Theirs is always fresh and tastes good. I love that it is from cows who lived happy lives. This is easy to use. I take it every day in my juice and notice a huge difference in how my body withstands heavy exercise. My skin doesn't wrinkle when I take the full dose and my nails are stronger. Makes nice gelatin desserts!

It makes a very nice jello with juice (2 tablespoons gelatin to 4 cups juice or other liquid). Of course, you need to bloom it first in half or 3/4 cup of room temperature water for a few minutes before adding to not boiling, but pretty hot juice. Let stay overnight in the fridge. Delicious. Great for morning coffee.

Great product. If using in hot liquid, dissolve in cold first. No flavor. I use in my AM coffee and can't tell that it's there except that it makes my coffee very smooth! :-)
