The instructor starts with a presentation of the ideology behind French cuisine, then progresses to tools and then starts in with various cooking methods while making dishes. He does not give quantities very often in his dishes so it is up to the viewer to make assumptions. He is cooking to taste-his taste. He wants to train you to do the same.Read full review...
