I have a '68 Sport Fury with a 383 4bbl and I have had some problems with the stock style voltage regulators lasting for more than a couple months. I had heard good things about the solid state regulators that still look stock but do a much better job with modern components. I tried one and it works flawlessly. My voltmeter doesn't jump around any more and it works very, very well while still looking like it is original. I wish I had bought one years ago.Read full review...

Best Regulator On Planet Earth
THE BEST Voltage Regulator on planet earth. I have been restoring Mopar for 40 years and have NEVER found a better regulator for the job. It looks correct, works amazing, never fails to impress. I have used this part in MANY very high dollar restorations and if you want reliability and PERFECT functionality then this is the regulator for you. I just put it in a high dollar 67 Barracuda Convertible "E" Code car and have included a picture of the engine bay so you can see the level of detail my shop requires. Yes that is a completely restored by Scott Smith at Harms Automotive (original to the car) carb and YES that is a completely restored (original to the car) radiation from Glen-Ray and YES every part under the hood is original with the acceptation of the Vintage Air unit.
