Miracle Ingredient

Xanthan gum is great stuff. There are too many uses to even mention. As for me it is great for diabetics too because it doesn't raise my blood glucose levels. Main reason I'm now using it.

Better than adding flour

Just a little bit and what a difference in sauces and gravy. Just use a little compared to adding so much flour for thickening. Love it!
