Microphone echos into the earpiece
Would not recommend. The mouthpiece (when your talking) is LOUDER than the volume from another caller. Basically when you turn the volume up to med or high to hear the caller better, your voice while talking is so friggin loud that it takes away from the call. Very distracting. Similar to the echo that happens sometimes when having a bad connection to cell/VoIP phone. Again don’t buy unless it’s your last resort. Not just the refurb either as I was able to purchase a brand new phone of this model from a local store. Both junk. Read full review...

good product but iffy mounting
Good product but mounting it firmly to existing outlet is iffy. Or existing AT&T telephone had two "prongs" mounted vertically 4" apart, one above the other. This telephone is mounted using one (1) prong only and "sort of a brace" to hold it in place. Kind of a loose mtg but it works so I will keep it.Read full review...
