Really well made. It you are not with tools it will be difficult to put together. I am decent with tools and it still took over an hour.

The price was good and it was fairly easy to put together. However after it was together the nut that was welded to the frame to hold up the ramp was definitely in the wrong place. I ended up having to drill a hole in the frame for the pin to go in to hold the ramp up. Also there was a piece that was described as a stabilizer that seemed as though it should have fit over the receiver that stabilized nothing. Nice Quality Carrier.
This is a well made solid carrier. Went together easy. Several issues, the pin that holds the gate down didn't line up. Took a adjustable wrench and used it as leverage on the pin/nut and pryed it approximately 1/16th of a inch to get it to line up. The instructions need to be printed clearer and inlarged. It also would have been nice to have flat washers for both ends of the bolts, not just on the nut sides. Lastly it should of came with reflective tape for safety at night, something I ordered separately.Read full review...

When fixed, will work out great for my needs.
This will be handy to use since getting older, drop the gate and roll your item on it. Will need to reweld the latching bracket and the lower nut since they do not line up to lock it up or down.

Not a value at all.
The locking pin holes don't line up. So the ramp will flop around unless you tie the down. Pierced holes for the screws are distorted due to dull tooling in the manufacturing process.Holes needed to be opened up with a small grinder. Paint was heavy so the threaded holes for the spring pins needed chased with a tap. In closing, unless you care to repair it I suggest you look elsewhere or another unit that tilts up for storage. Usa made build great strong.
A few months ago we got one it was not made like this one . There was aluminum. My chair won't go up it.
But this one it welded it's reinforced better. I put it together from my wheelchair. In hr. My buddy with be home to put it on my Mazda. Tomorrow..going to show it at our veterans building Friday. There 2 there that wont one so I wouldn't them to know also. This is a good price and made to last. The dimon mash with let my power chair go up the ramp. & make it easier for my wife to load it up.

Only one problem
I like the carrier but one of the spring pins does not line up with the hole it is supposed to pop into is the only problem I have. It is the one that holds it closed. I had to add a bungee to keep it from rattling when it is in the closed position.Read full review...
