thought they'd pawn half a product off on me

Ordered this for the round stock/ tool holder, they sent it to me with out, then when i asked said that part was discontinued. why didnt they message me that before sending it, because they have stock they cant move and thought they could pawn half a product off on me, they were counting on, and are right the time and effort to return it makes me almost consider just keeping it, Read full review...
