Works as advertised
We used this on a Tektronix TDS3014 scope. It works! I did have a little confusion with the jumpers (there are 2 documents with different settings), but it still only took a few minutes to install.

Works with Agilent 54622D.
Works very well, used it with Agilent 54622D. No problems what so ever installing. Just plug in flat cable and mount it with two screws.

Very difficult to make fit into a TDS3000 series scope
Does not fit in a TDS3000 series scope with out very difficult and extensive modification to the scope
