Corgi St Ivel Special Edition (65701) Boeing Stearman biplane 'Utterly Butterly' Wing Walking Display Team
Corgi issued the St Ivel Special Edition model 65701 during 2000. This is a Boeing Stearman biplane which is still quite popular with collectors being one of the two 'Utterly Butterly' Wing Walking Display Team aircraft seen at the time at airshows across the UK. Definitely durable enough to be a toy which I recommend for children aged 5 years old and above with toughened and bright and cheerful paint used on an aircraft which has a turning propeller but no other potentially detachable parts.
Best described as running along the same lines as the old Matchbox 'Skybusters' range which I collected and treasured as a child from around the age of 5. With this wing walking outfit no longer flying this is a nice little piece of airshow heritage for the collector or a treasurable aircraft for those who are younger to enjoy. 10/10 :o)Read full review...
