It's OK; it could be better.
The device would probably do a good job of engaging multiple muscles, yet it doesn't seem like the non-slip feature does its job very well. Perhaps this is simply because of the muscle imbalances/weaknesses in my body. I don't know.Read full review...

Wish I purchased the push up stands years ago.
I have been doing push ups every other day for 30 years. The stands exercise the pecs more I was doing 3 sets of 40 reps. When I started using the stands, at first I couldn't do anymore than 30 reps/ 3 sets. Two weeks later, I'm up to 35 reps/3 sets. Highly recommend. Read full review...
