Not durable; go with the 2.5mm
I have used the 2.5mm version of this tape in the past with no issue - it is very durable and comfortable. I went with this (1.8mm) because I wanted a little less thickness on my road bike. It tore after 3 rides - this is the worst tape I have ever used. To be clear, I would buy the LizardSkins 2.5mm tape again, but stay away from the 1.8 as it is not the same level of quality.Read full review...

Great race day tape.
It's tacky, thin and light. Great for a race bike where comfort isn't the top priority.
