Fine for directions but poor for traffic reports

I have owned several Magellan GPS's in the past and always been happy. With this model, however, I'm very disappointed. The traffic reports are very limited to only certain areas. I found this function to be basically useless. In fact, I called Magellan as I thought I was not doing the update properly but that was apparently not the problem.
