Pretty color
Very pretty color. Can be worn as a light wash of color or heavier for a dramatic look. I'm not sure though why Milani calls this a gel powder. There is nothing gel about it. It is definitely a pure powder. It wears very nicely even without an eyelid primer.Read full review...
