Better than a Sharpening Stone!

It really works! I sharpened all of our kitchen knives. Some had not been sharpened in a long time. it really made an improvement with very little effort. According to a YouTube video I saw by a professional knife sharpener, using a sharpening steel is much better than using a sharpening stone or electric sharpener. Those take off too much metal. The sharpening steel does the job with minimal wear on the knife. Read full review...
