I like that the phone can go for a very long distance.When Im out in my garage I can talk on the phone. Other phone that I had never did that.Sony is a great product ,I would buy another one for my upstairs.I love the answering and message function it has. Very easy to learn how to work. Love the speakerphone,I can talk and type on my computer at the same time.I give it a excellent rating for overall functions.

Am a hugh Sony fan.....most everything we have in electronics is Sony. I had an older Sony cordless phone that was acting up, so I went shopping on EBay for a newer one. This phone had everything that we needed and more at a perfect price. Although this model didn't have caller ID, I would never pay for that service anyways. The phone was the same as the one I bid on and I am very pleased with it E-Bay was the only place I could find this phone so I would say if you are looking for some thing hard to find try E-Bay
