The price I paid $190(refurb) was well worth it and I would have paid more.
I bought this LCD TV to replace my larger RCA . I really do like the easy adjustment features and the capabilities to attach different peripherals to it with ease. I also love that it is so much lighter then the older style winded magnets used to display a picture, let alone move it !!
I have added a soundbar to this one and the sound is so much more clearer that it is almost like there is a second TV in the room when I am using it. I would also say that the soundbar needs to be placed where it is not in the way of the bottom of the tv. (it restricts the use of TV controls)
I had bought a smaller one (Vizio) for use in my bedroom and I have yet to find any others that compare to these as far as the cost/sound/quality and price. I would recommend a warranty to anyone when getting a refurbished one, and all my friends like them also. Rich C. from MI.Read full review...
Was pleasantly surprised. I recommend this TV.
Purchased Vizio for a 3rd TV in kids room. It works very well with a 12 year old. The system is connected to a amplified 4 way HDMI splitter driving two other TVs. The splitter is connected to 4 inputs, Blue Ray, VCR, Satellite Dish and Computer. The Vizio has a surprisingly good picture.The software and hardware have had no problems, considering the house is all solar and uses two Outback Inverters. I notice no difference in picture quality on or off diesel generators, where tube type TVs would have some harmonics's lines from a generator. The Vizio I would recommend.Read full review...
Good TV
This is a good TV: it was easy to assemble the TV stand & it comes with a stylish remote control.. The only reason why this TV doesn't get a 5 star rating is because of the 720p & 60hz : The picture quality is ok, but I regret not buying a bigger size screen because that would've boosted it to 1080p & 120hz. Good and negligible bad
Actually, i bought this Television as computer monitor. It does pretty good job as a monitor.
I like the great resolution of the TV. I don't like of it is that sometimes i have press remote start button twice to see picture display because it produces sound without any picture. And also the front design is not that fashion but that doesn't count at all. I might have update later.Read full review...
This TV was great for the price when i bought it back on December 7th 2011.
This TV was great for the price when i bought it back on December 7th 2011. It worked fine for just under 12 months. Then out of nowhere, one night 12/7 I turned it on and it completely froze on the VIZIO home screen. It would not accept the cable line coming in and I could not even turn it off without unplugging the power source. Really convenient that it would happen so close to the 1 year warranty deadline dont you think?? Currently dealing with Vizio now to get a refund or replacement.

I can not say that picture quality is flawless, but it is very good in general, so I am pretty satisfied.

Great TV for fringe reception
I will stick to eBay suggested points.
Why I bought it? Was looking for a bargain on a mid-size HDTV that could be hung on a wall to save space. Also, looked for a set with high sensitivity tuner for deep fringe reception. The set I bought for $170 (shipping included) was a lightly used refurb.
What I like most about it? The built-in Samsung tuner. The integral tuner in this set is as sensitive as top-of-the line Samsung outboard tuner much raved about by deep fringe enthusiasts. I got stable reception of all major Sacramento channels in Mariposa, CA, 90 miles line of sight, with Winegard outdoor antenna (12-15 dB gain depending on the channel). I also like relatively wide viewing angle, decent speakers, and low weight.
What I dislike? Numerous complaints about low quality electrolytic capacitors in the power supply that tend to blow up. I am prepared for such outcome though, and if it happens, I will replace these caps with something better. But so far so good. I wish it had Bluetooth, but that's probably too much for such cheap TV. Will live with HDMI.
How does this product compare to others? Mean to others of the kind? Don't know. This is my first flat TV. It is incomparably better than any tube TV that I owned previously.
Would I buy it again? I already bought another for my Los Angeles apartment. Also refurb and for about the same price.

Incredibly Great product - so I bought another one within a weeks time.
This is an unbelievable product for the money...
As I explored it's capabilites - I kept saying: "NO WAY"... my wife keep saying "WAY"... because she saw what it was that I remarking about.
The picture is crisp - and although it is advertized at 720p HD - there are modes where it actually does 1090p! I know that because the "mode" is displayed briefly as you change input source.
Finally - I liked it so much that I bought one for my mother in law. She's 86 (years old - not Maxwell Smart) - and her hearing is going... this TV helps her in 2 ways:
1) The audio is MUCH CLEARER - then her old CRT - so she doesn't have to PUSH the VOLUME as high..
2) It goes LOUDER - even without external speakers.
This was a hit. I would NOT be surprise if I buy a larger format TV from this vendor to replace the BIG SCREEN in my family room.
One more thing: and PLEASE don't take this as a negative. The first TV had a slight issue with the VGA input. Since I planned to use that input... I contacted TECH SUPPORT. They were VERY receptive to my situation... and QUICKLY made things RIGHT.
Yep... Good product, fast shipping, good service. Why not buy?

Very Functional, Better than expected TV. Definitely Recommended.
I bought this product after using a box television set that was starting to die, emitting high frequency sounds that heart my ears. I used that television mainly for gaming, and with some font in games, I couldn't read what it said, which could make things difficult.
I went with the 32 inch Vizio because I was afraid a 22 inch wouldn't do well for gaming at the distance I sat (about 7 feet away) and because of the low price and high reviews of this set.
This TV is advertised as 720p, that's true, however there are settings with HDMI, as it mentions your pixel setup whenever you change input conveniently, it runs at 1080p, and in the quick start guide, it can run at 1080i for TV. This was a very pleasant surprise, and it shows amazing detail.
The preset settings for different scenarios works great, and it's very simple, yet effective. The sound is really good, I haven't turned it louder than 25, which seems to be close to a third of the way up, and it is more than sufficient, and clear. It's also a pretty good stereo sound, as I can usually tell which direction a person is coming from, say, in a video game.
The remote that comes with the TV is incredibly light, even with the 2 AAA batteries, that were included (Along with the screwdriver to set up the TV's stand), and is practical, easy menu interface and shortcut buttons for functions that actually make sense.
So far I've really enjoyed the TV and haven't encountered a problem.Read full review...

Is money tight and you're just looking for a good tv? Well the Vizio 32" inch TV is a great item for you. Im currently a college student and i bought this TV to put in my dorm room. Its an easy to setup TV and does give off a brilliant picture even if its hooked up to an antenna cable. My other roommate has the same size TV but a different brand and i believe that my TV shows a better quality picture. I am happy that i purchased this TV and feel that its worth every dollar i spent on it. 1101Read full review...
