Has a dark spot on the screen

Other then that I like this cell phone and have had many in the past, only problem is with me is it fell in water and that's the end of it, that's the reason I keep getting the same cell phone, takes good pictures, it's small, just need to make and receive calls, I don't text or send pictures on it, works just fine for my needs ... Good phone if you just need basic features.

I bought this phone because I didn't want a smartphone and wanted something that was cheap, looked good, easy to use, and had a decent camera. It's not as easy to use as I was hoping because navigating through the phone can be a pain. The only other issue I have with it is how light it is. I have a smartphone. I bought a Samsung SGH A777 for my wife last year and she gets calls in low signal areas (like where I live) that my smartphone doesn't. I found this one on the sellers eBay listing for half of what I paid for my wife's. I switched the sim card from my smartphone and I now get fringe area calls too. The phone looks new, works great. Basic cell phone, great for students who want a smartphone but you don't want to eat all the data charges. Battery life was horrible!! Returned!

Bought this phone to replace an old one that was very similar. Pretty simple to use, but ended up returning it because the battery life was horrible. I had made only two 10 min calls and 4 texts and I was already down to one bar starting the day with full bars. Also the volume on this was bad.
